WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME!
Peace and tranquility on a quiet lake, well away from the highway.
On sunny days, the house is in sun from early morning until we see glorious
sunsets from our western exposure.
The house sits on a peninsula with all living areas having views of the lake.
The home is spacious, open and very bright with numerous large windows on all
sides, 4 sets of patio doors and one set of French doors, all opening on to
upper or lower decks.
From 1580 sq ft of wrap around upper and lower decks, enjoy sun and breezes on
sunny warm days, or find sunny nooks out of the wind on cooler days.
The lake is spring fed with clear clean water. See lake bottom and fish swimming
from the upper deck on sunny mornings.
Fishing is excellent. Results almost guaranteed.
The lake's upper layer warms nicely for enjoyable swimming.
The most varied 728' of shoreline on the lake - beautiful hemlock stand, sand
beach and rock face.
Lounge, dive or boat off the dock with seven feet of water at it's west end.
Trails throughout the 11 acres make for enjoyable walking, x-country skiing,
ATVing and mountain biking, with access nearby to many kms of trails for the
same activities plus snowmobiling.
The beach area, cleared but surrounded with beautiful trees, is great for camp
fires, camping and canoeing, and would make an ideal site for a bunky.

THE LAKE
o Lane Lake is a spring fed lake and the start of a water system that flows on
to Dora Lake, Home Lake, Neville Lake, Haines Lake, Mill Lake and ultimately
into Georgian Bay.
o Being spring fed, the deeper water is cold, excellent bass habitat, while the

months.
